The bench performs sample testing of industrial plug sockets according to IEC 309. It is equipped with three test stations, each capable of measuring the forces for pulling and inserting the plug into its socket, measuring the electrical contact resistance for each of the poles and detecting the voltage drop while circulating the rated current up to a maximum of 63A and 690 Vac.
