Assembly and Functional Testing Line for Pressure Flow Switches

Description:

The system performs the assembly and testing of pressure flow switches.

The first stage is testing, where a functional test of the electronic board is carried out. Components that pass this test proceed to the assembly phase, which includes the following operations:

• Washer insertion, with visual inspection
• Washer press-fitting
• Body screwdriving
• Cover placement
• Cover screwdriving
• Ring nut and gasket assembly

The machine is controlled by an industrial PC, while part handling is carried out via a free pallet conveyor system.
