Interior Light Panel
Description:
The machine performs quality control of an automotive light panel through automated visual inspection. The component is a plastic part which, when backlit, must display specific characters and icons. It is therefore essential to verify that all characters are present and clearly readable.
More specifically, these characters are distributed across five areas, each inspected through an image captured in a dark, backlit environment and automatically analyzed by the software. Parts that pass the inspection are returned to the operator, while rejected parts are placed on a conveyor belt and collected in a dedicated container.
