Functional Testing Machine: Flow Test + Leak Test

Description:
The workstation performs functional testing of pressure regulators for hydrogen and methane commercial vehicles. The testing process includes both leak testing and flow testing of the device.

These tests are carried out under pressure (up to 400 bar) using a tracer gas (helium) and spectrometric analysis of micro-leaks. In this case, the accumulation method has been adopted: an innovative process that allows the detection of micro-leaks using tracer gas without the need to generate a vacuum.
